AMHERST, N.Y. – The top 10 first-year Daemen College students who earned the highest grade point average in their first year at the college were recently recognized at an on-campus luncheon held in their honor.

AMHERST, N.Y. – Daemen College has launched a new early decision option with a four-year tuition guarantee, giving new first-time students seeking admission the opportunity to pursue a Daemen education with no tuition increase throughout their four years of undergraduate studies. 

AMHERST, N.Y. – Daemen College has been named among the nation’s best universities in the 2020 U.S. News and World Report Best Colleges rankings, making this the first time ever Daemen has been included on the national universities list.

AMHERST, N.Y. -- Daemen College will host a site visit by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) for continuing accreditation of the college’s baccalaureate nursing program (RN to BS program – includes 1+2+1 academic progression model) and the master’s/post-master’s certificate nursing programs. This is a concurrent visit with the New York State Education Department Office of the Professions for the purpose of re-registration and accreditation.

AMHERST, N.Y. – Dr. Elizabeth Heilman, who has more than 20 years of experience in higher education administration and teaching, has been appointed chair of education at Daemen College.
