Residential students (including those residing at Campus Manor, Collegiate Village and Homewood Suites) receive an on campus mailbox which will be used to communicate pertinent information from various offices on campus. Students receive a mailbox key at the beginning of each year to the same mailbox, and retain that mailbox for their duration of their time at Daemen.

If a student were to lose their mailbox key- they must inform the Office of Housing & Residence Life and they will be charged $15.00 to their student account and the student will receive a replacement key .
