Hailing from Jamestown, NY Danielle began her tenure at Daemen in November of 2014. Previously, Danielle served as an Area Coordinator and Assistant Director of Residence Life at Hood College in Frederick, Maryland. She most recently served as the Associate Director of Residence Life at Randolph College in Lynchburg, Virginia. Danielle earned her B.A. from St. Lawrence University and Masters of Science in Higher Education Administration from Buffalo State College.
In her role, Danielle oversees all of Daemen’s housing operations and residential programs.
Danielle is a member of the National Association for Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), serves as the Volunteer Coordinator for the NASPA Region II Board and a member of the St. Lawrence University Young Alumni Committee.
Megan Altman-Cosgrove, originally from Lockport, NY, began working at Daemen in 2013 and assumed the role of Assistant Director of Residence Life in 2015. She previously served in Institutional Advancement at the College and assisted in Student Affairs activities. Megan earned both her B.S. and M.S. from Daemen College. As an alum, she is proud to pursue her career at her alma mater.
In her role, Meg oversees conduct processes, Resident Assistant Hiring and Training in addition to supervising the student workers within the Residence Life Office.
Serving in an on-call Hall Director capacity is Michael Paglicci. In addition to his on-call role, he currently serves as the Coordinator for Student Transition & Campus Programming.
Within his new role, Michael will oversee events such as Orientation, Homecoming, Daemen Day, and a host of other events that the Daemen community will benefit from. His primary role will be to oversee the formation of the brand new Campus Activities Team (CAT). The new student led organization will plan programs for students to not only attend, but to connect and grow within the Daemen community.
Michael recently graduated from Canisius College with a master’s degree in higher education and student affairs administration. He has worked in Undergraduate Admissions, Residence Life, Campus Activities, and a number of additional offices in his time as a student between Canisius College and Niagara University.
Originally from Williamsville, NY, Julia holds an M.S. in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from Buffalo State College, as well as a B.A. in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo. In her time as a graduate student, she worked with student activities at University at Buffalo, SUNY Geneseo, and Stanford University. Julia is also an involved member with the College Student Personnel Association of New York State (CSPA-NYS) and the Association of College Unions International (ACU-I).
Carley recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from Niagara University with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and Social Work. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs at the University at Buffalo. Carley has worked in Undergraduate Student Conduct, Orientation, and Special Events as a student at Niagara University.
Within her role, Carley will supervise a student staff of Resident Assistants, help facilitate RA training and support, Health and Safety Inspections, opening and closing residence halls, recruitment and evaluation processes, as well as adjudicate level 1 conduct cases. Her primary role will be to help create an overall inclusive and safe environment for all students while building upon Daemen’s welcoming community.
