Collegiate Village

For over 10 years, Daemen University has partnered with Collegiate Village (CV), a gated, collegiate housing complex 2.6 miles from campus. Over this past decade, our partnership with Collegiate Village has offered students another independent apartment-style living option including a separate bed and bathroom, laundry facilities, and utilities. Collegiate Village offers a full gym, pool, and convenience store. Transportation is provided between Collegiate Village and Daemen's campus.

Collegiate Village availability through Daemen is based on housing needs and is not guaranteed year-to-year. Most often, our office reserves 4-bedroom/4-bathroom units when Collegiate Village is offered through Daemen.
