This program broadens the business students’ background to include areas often ignored by the for-profit business sector, such as integrating social value into business strategy.
- This proposed new specialization within the Business Administration degree program will provide students with a strong business background in areas such as economics, management, marketing, accounting and finance with an added focus on Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Non-Profit Management and Grant writing.
- Specialization-related internship experiences supplement classroom knowledge, build professional interpersonal skills, develop liaisons with the business community, and provide concrete, resume building work experience.

Required Specialization Electives:
The Entrepreneurial Mindset, Grant Writing and Contract Development, Sustainable Business Practices, Non-Profit Management and Social Entrepreneurship.
Recommended Minors with this specialization include:
Entrepreneurship, which requires completion of The Entrepreneurial Skill Set and Entrepreneurship in Action courses; and Sustainability (requires four additional core courses).
