Why did you choose Daemen?

I chose Daemen because of the welcoming environment due to the size of the school. Because it is a smaller campus, you are able to connect with people at a closer level allowing for stronger relationships with both classmates and professors.

In what ways are you involved on campus?

I have participated in multiple intramural sports. I am a tour guide and I am also a part of the TriBeta Honor Society.

What advice would you give to a prospective student?

Definitely get involved in the events offered! Your experience depends on how much effort you’re willing to put in to make it fun. The small events that might not seem like something you’re into might end up being the most fun you’ve had. Try new things and find things you’re interested in!

What excites you most about being a tour guide?

Being a tour guide is a very rewarding position. I want to be a part of the reason someone decides to attend Daemen University. Tour guides are typically a students first impression of the campus, so I’d love to show them the amazing aspects of the school.

What is your most memorable moment at Daemen?

My most memorable moment at Daemen so far has been Winterfest. The school had so many different options of things to do, including making your owned stuffed animal, riding the inflatable reindeer, llamas, and many more exciting things. It was a fun night with my friends and it gave us something to do!

How has Daemen changed or shaped your life?

Daemen has led me to become a much more social person. I’ve gained many friendships here and just overall became more outgoing.

Who inspires you the most?

My mom inspires me the most. She has always been by my side supporting me and I’ve watched her overcome hard things and she inspires me to be the best I can be.
