Why did you choose Daemen?

Daemen has the 5-Year PA degree track, which is what I've wanted to do, and it's a huge bonus that the program is so amazing! Plus, it is a short drive home so I can still be close to my family.

In what ways are you involved on campus?

I'm on the Esports Overwatch Team, a ZeeMee Ambassador, a member of Campus Rescue Squad (DCRS), and the Pre-Med/Dent club.

What advice would you give to a prospective student?

Be patient with yourself. College is vastly different from high school, being a more relaxed setting but a more intense workload. It'll take a bit to find your groove for studying/getting things done, and that's perfectly okay.

What excites you most about being a tour guide?

I look forward to hearing about the different places people come from, and why they chose Daemen. Daemen is a diverse school, and there are students from all across the US, as well as a few different countries.

What is your most memorable moment at Daemen?

Going to the first bingo night of the semester with my roommate and winning a $100 Amazon gift card!

How has Daemen changed or shaped your life?

The direct entry path for the PA program makes it easier to have a track to follow for the next five years and ensures that I have a spot in the graduate part of the program. This then means less time than a general track to PA Graduate school and allows me to get into the workforce sooner.

Who inspires you the most?

My Dad. I wouldn't be where I am today without him. I am always thankful for his hard work and dedication to what he does. Spending time with him in the auto-shop and during projects around the house has given me valuable life lessons that I can apply just about anywhere. I know whenever I have a problem with something, he's going to do whatever it takes to help and make the situation better. "Pursue excellence in everything you do."
