Daemen College is actively seeking candidates to apply for the Director of Undergraduate Admissions vacancy. A critical member of the Enrollment Management team, the Director of Undergraduate Admissions will be responsible for establishing key undergraduate recruitment strategies, targeted recruitment efforts and activities and is directly responsible for the hiring, training and supervision of admissions counselors.
The selected candidate for this position will be a creative and proactive professional, working closely with the Vice President and the Enrollment Management team to establish result-driven processes including innovative guidance in recruitment and prospective student management. The candidate should also exhibit a high and constantly growing level of knowledge in terms of enrollment management best practices and office operations.
