Wellness & Employee Assistance Programs

Health & Wellness Resource Library

We have started a small Health & Wellness resource "library" in the Human Resources office and we need your help!  To increase the size and variety of available resources, please consider donating your new or gently-used books and videos about:

Fitness & Exercise, Stress Relief, Nutrition & Healthy Eating, Cookbooks, Financial Management, Other self-help topics

Items in this collection are available for all employees to borrow, serving a two-fold purpose: to give new life to unused wellness items and and facilitate the sharing of wellness-related resources within the Daemen Community. To browse, borrow or donate, just stop by Human Resources.

This Month's Featured Book is Fitness That Works: Simple Moves to Make Exercise Happen From 9 To 5

Check out a sample chapter (PDF).  Stop by Human Resources to borrow your copy today.

Wellness Ways Newsletter

Wellness Ways is a newsletter with quick ideas, tips, and resources for your health & well-being.  New issues are emailed campus-wide on a monthly basis.

Ideas, story contributions, and feedback are always welcome- please contact Samantha Maiarana at smaiaran@daemen.edu today!
